Returns and Refunds Policy

Hey, guess what?  We offer REFUNDS!!!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and get that sometimes you just need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. So please carefully read the following policies and always reach out to us at hello@zeluci.com.au if you have any questions. We’re here to help!

RETURNS

  • All full-priced items can be returned to Zelući HQ for a refund, exchange or credit (pending approval) within 14 days of your order being shipped to you, simply contact us at hello@zeluci.com.au. 
  • Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Returns are available only on fully priced items. Returns are NOT available for items on sale, discounted items or jewellery.
  • We strongly recommend that you post your order with a tracking number and/or signature on delivery. Zelući is not responsible for any parcels that are lost in transit.
  • To complete your return, we require the packing slip be sent with your order.

PLEASE NOTE: The same return conditions apply for purchases made using AFTERPAY. You will need to continue to pay your scheduled payments with AfterPay. We do not cancel AfterPay payments for returned items.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must: 

  • Be postmarked for shipment to you within the last 14 days
  • be UNUSED AND UNWORN (any signs of the item being used or worn will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense)
  • all original tags attached
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • free of any smells including smoke, deodorant and/or perfume smells
  • free of any marks including fake tan and/or make up marks 

 To return an item follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@zeluci.com.au as soon as possible after receiving your order. Note: You have 14 days from when your order was shipped to return your items.
  2. Package your items along with the Returns Form and Packing Slip and send back to Zelući. We will email you the return address.
  3. We do our best to process your return within 3 business days

 

FAULTY or DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We check all items carefully prior to shipping them to you but sometimes mistakes happen and we might miss a fault.

If in the event we did miss something you will need to contact us at hello@zeluci.com.au within 5 days of receiving your parcel along with a photo showing the manufacturer's fault. 

Upon inspection, Zelući reserves the right to determine a genuine fault and if an item is eligible for a refund.

  • The item needs to be unworn, unused and with all original tags still attached.
  • If your item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault you will be offered a replacement item (if in stock), a store credit, or a refund.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
